Dieting Tips Hindi Me, Motapa Kam Karne Ke Liye Aur Swasth Dikhne Ke Liye Diet Karne Ka Tarika:

1) Santulit Aahar : Dieting karne ka sabse acha tarika hai ki apne ahaar ko badlna yani ki apne ahaar ko santulit karna. Apne ahaar mein paryapy maatra mein protein, vitamins ki matra ko badana. Taki body ko awashayak tatav mil sakein.

2) Green vegetables aur fruits ka sewan : Har mausam ke falon ka sewan apni dieting mein shaamil karein. Kyunki fruits hamein energy dete hain inme tarah tarah ke protein, vitamins hote hain. Isi parkar hari sabjiyon ka bhi jyada se jyada sewan karein palak, methi, sabjiyon ka khub sewan karna chahiye.

3) Yoga : Dieting ke saath saath apna weight kam karne ke liye yoga karna bahut labhkari hai. Kyuki niymit roop se yoga karne se sharir majboot hota hai. Sharir ki charbi kamhoti hai. Fat burn hate hai. Aur muscles bhi majboot hote hain.

19) Dietician ki salah lena : Dieting ka sahi tarika jan ne ke liye aap dietician ke paas bhi ja sakte hain.
