1) Lunch mein aap 2 phulka joki bina ghee ya bina oil ke ho wo khayein choker kea ate ki roti zyaada faydemand hai. Iske sath 1 katori dal, salad, ½ cup vegetable curry le sakte hain.

2) Dusra option hai agar aap rice khana chahte hain to I cup brown rice, 1 bowl dal, 1 cup vegetable curry aur salad

Evening Snacks :

Evening snacks mein aap wo same chize kha sakte hain jo mid morning meal mein aapko btayi gayi hain. Fruit, salad, black chana sprout

Dinner Mein Kya Lein :

1) Sabse pehle yeh sabse zaroori baat hai ki dinner hmesha sone se 2-3 ghante pehle khayein. Taki who digest ho jaaye asani se.

2) Dinner ka diet plan lunchke saman hi hai, chowkar ki 2 roti, 1 bowl dal, vegetable curry and salad

Night Snack :
